Reindex Care — what you're paying for.
$25/month, optional add-on to the $99 NexGen build. Plain-English terms. No fine print on the bottom of a 14-page PDF.
What's included
- Up to 4 reindexes per month on request — send a one-line email or DM saying "reindex" and we trigger a fresh embedding run.
- 24-hour SLA from the time we acknowledge your request to the time the bot is reading the new content.
- Content updated based on whatever's currently published at your pinned URL list (the URLs you gave us at intake — homepage, FAQ, pricing, services, etc.).
- Confirmation email when the reindex completes, with a 1-line note on what changed (page count, chunk count).
What's NOT included
- Building new sections of the bot. Adding a booking flow, a calculator, a multi-step form, or any new conversation branch is a separate engagement.
- Prompt changes. Adjusting the system prompt — refusal rules, fallback behavior, lead-capture logic — is not part of Reindex Care.
- Persona changes. Switching the bot's tone (friendly → formal, blunt → playful, etc.) is a paid revision after Day 14, not a reindex.
- AI key management. You bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. We don't manage your billing, rate limits, or model selection on your provider account.
- Adding new URLs outside your pinned list (counts as a scope change — DM us and we'll quote it).
Cancellation
Pause or cancel any time. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. Reply to any of our emails with "cancel Reindex Care" or DM ashyunb@gmail.com. We confirm in writing within 24 hours.
Refund
If you cancel mid-cycle, we refund prorated for the unused portion of the month. Example: you cancel on day 12 of a 30-day cycle — you get back roughly $15. Refunds go to the same PayPal account that paid in.
Billing — manual until Stripe
Right now Reindex Care bills manually monthly. paypal.me does not support true recurring subscriptions. The two ways to pay are: (1) DM ashyunb@gmail.com and we'll invoice you each month, or (2) self-serve via paypal.me/ashyunboodhai/25 on your own calendar. We will not claim auto-recurring billing — that's coming when we move to Stripe.
